The payload of the "Shahed" has been increased to 90 kg. The UAV transmits photo data and route changes in real time via Kyivstar SIM card and Telegram
Updated drone documentation has been leaked online - the development of a high-explosive fragmentation and incendiary warhead is underway.
In addition, drones can determine "zones of suppression and substitution" of GPS signals (obviously, later they develop a general map based on such data).
In particular, the enterprise in "Alabuga" should produce:
- From thousands. thermobaric bombs;
- 5 thousand fragmentation and incendiary bombs;
- 30 test bombs;
- 1 thousand fragmentation-explosive-incendiary warheads weighing 90 kg;
It is claimed that 2 UAVs of the "Shahed" type with a 90 kg warhead, as well as 8 UAVs with a thermobaric warhead have already been used.
In addition:
- "Shahed" uses a "Kyivstar" SIM card. In real time, it receives data on the location of the UAV;
- It tracks the hit on the UAV target or its downing;
- Allows you to determine the "zones of suppression and substitution of GPS signals;
- The drone receives photo data and changes in the flight task by transmitting information via "Telegram";
Employees of "Alabuga" want to purchase 10 thousand trackers by the end of 2024. trackers and additional equipment to them. The option of equipping UAVs with Russian and Chinese-made communication equipment is being considered.
