Podolyak: US will come to a complimentary decision for Ukraine
The United States will come to a joint decision on further financial support for Ukraine, despite the debate between Democrats and Republicans.
This was stated by Mykhailo Podolyak, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, on the air of the national information telethon United News.
In his opinion, the events in Ukraine are an important factor in domestic politics, so the parties want to get additional attention by discussing them.
– We are calm about the discussion. We have no doubt that there will be support, and large cash packages will be voted for, along with assistance from Israel," the advisor to the head of the Presidential Office said.
According to Podolyak, there is no crisis situation in these discussions, because the full-scale war in Ukraine is a very important story for the United States. He noted that it is a war about leadership in the global aspect.
– This is just a domestic political discussion that somehow affects the speed of decision-making. I am calm about the discussion between Democrats and Republicans, because they will definitely come up with a complimentary solution for Ukraine, – Podolyak is convinced.
