Explosions rock Kharkiv as Russian forces bombard city centre with guided bombs: five people injured
Russian forces struck the centre of Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs on the evening of 28 October, leading to explosions in the city. A fire broke out at the site of a strike. Five people are known to have been injured.

Later, Terekhov stated that, based on early reports, the Russians had targeted the very centre of Kharkiv. "There is a fire and smoke at the site of a strike. Information about the damage and casualties is being gathered," he said.
Terekhov reported that five people had been injured in the bombardment.
