Preparing the men, waiting for weapon supplies and approaching victory - Zelensky
Ukraine is preparing its soldiers, waiting for weapon supplies from its partners, and approaching victory in the war against Russian aggressors. President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in his evening address.
"We held a Military Cabinet, a special format of work with the leaders of our defense sector, our commanders, intelligence, and the Office. Only what is directly necessary for managing the front and ensuring active actions of Ukraine, protecting our state from Russian terror. It was substantive. And our actions will be powerful,"
he said.Today, for the first time, the Day of workers of the Ukrainian defense industry was celebrated at the Mariinsky Palace. Zelensky honored representatives of this industry.
The president also held a meeting with officials regarding legislative steps to bring Ukraine closer to membership in the European Union.
"The goal of our state is absolutely achievable. Ukraine will be integrated with all the institutions and practices of the European Union, acquiring full membership. We are fullyprepared for this," emphasized Zelensky.
