Lukashenko claims to have made arrangement with Ukraine not to cover drones flying into Belarus
Self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said that he supposedly made an arrangement with Ukrainians not to "expose" the facts of drones flying into the territory of Belarus.
Source: BelTA, a Belarusian state-owned news outlet, with reference to a statement by Lukashenko
Quote: "I have to tell you openly: we have made an arrangement through channels with Ukrainians that we will not cover the facts of drones, both Russian and Ukrainian, entering our territory in the media. Because both of them are flying these drones poorly. Firstly, they are new to them. And secondly, there are electronic warfare systems that throw drones off course. We found one of them near Babruysk, in the centre of Belarus. And it was a Ukrainian drone, not a Russian one. Although it happens on the other side, too. We have an agreement."
Details: Lukashenko claimed that "Americans told Kyiv, under certain circumstances, to attack Belarus’ infrastructure on its southern border".
Nevertheless, Lukashenko decided to warn his "opponents" that an attack on his country "would mean World War III".
