Satellite imagery shows aftermath caused by Ukrainian strikes on ammunition depots near Mariupol – video
The Russian service of Radio Liberty has shown pictures showing the aftermath of fires and ammunition detonations in three different locations on the outskirts of Mariupol.

Details: Some of the strikes, based on the photos and eyewitness accounts, took place as early as 13 September, while others took place on the night of 15-16 September.
Background:
- Recently, the Ukrainian Navy launched a missile strike on important Russian ammunition depots near Mariupol, which had been identified by Ukrainian intelligence.
- As a result of the strike, both the infrastructure of the storage depots and tonnes of ammunition that the Russian military had been stockpiling for use on the territory of Ukraine were destroyed, the report said.
