Russian missile attack on Lviv: 2 people killed and 23 more injured

Two people were killed and 23 others were injured as a result of a Russian missile strike on the city of Lviv on 4 September.

Details: As of 07:30, 19 people were reported to be injured.

Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi specified that a woman and a man were killed.

"The woman was 50 years old and worked as a midwife nurse at the 5th outpatient clinic in Lviv. We are gathering information about the deceased man. My condolences to the families!" the mayor reported.

Background: On the morning of 4 September, a fire broke out in a residential building near the main railway station, injuring 17 people, following a Russian strike in Lviv. Two schools were damaged and many windows were shattered in the city's central area.
