Russians strike infrastructure in Sumy Oblast, injuring civilians
Russian troops launched an airstrike on infrastructure in the Sumy hromada, Sumy Oblast, on Sunday, 1 September. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.] Early reports say that civilians have been injured.
