Russians target Izium district with cluster munitions, killing 2 people and wounding 7 more
Two people were killed and seven others were injured in a Russian cluster munitions strike on a residential neighbourhood in Borova, Izium district, Kharkiv Oblast. Residential buildings caught fire as a result of the attack.

Details: Syniehubov states that according to preliminary information, the Russians attacked the residential area with cluster munitions. A civilian died as a result of the attack, and a woman's body was also recovered from the rubble. Seven more people were wounded.
He also mentioned that the Russians used double-tap tactics. Five buildings are currently on fire.
Background: The Russians attacked residential buildings in the village of Borova in Kharkiv Oblast on the night of 11-12 September. Emergency workers rescued an elderly woman who survived the strike from under the rubble.
