Background:
On the morning of 7 May, reports began to come in from the Russian city of Perm regarding explosions and a fire near the Perm oil pipeline control station, which is over 1,500 km from the border with Ukraine.
Ukraine's General Staff subsequently reported that Ukrainian forces struck the Lukoil-owned Perm Oil Refinery on 7 May.
