Details: The American newspaper reports that when the Yemeni citizens arrived in Russia, they were forcibly enlisted in the army and sent to the line of contact in Ukraine.
The recruitment was carried out with the help of a company registered in Oman and linked to the Yemeni Houthis, the publication said.
The FT releases a document that looks like a contract dated 3 July and signed by the head of a contract recruitment centre in Nizhny Novgorod.
It is claimed that at least 200 people were recruited in this way.
The recruitment is believed to have been organised by the Houthis as part of their efforts to establish connections with Moscow.
