- On Thursday, 10 October, Zelenskyy met with French President Emmanuel Macron. He stated that there was no discussion of a ceasefire during their talks.
- Zelenskyy shared his Victory Plan with Macron and raised the issues of ammunition supplies, the lifting of restrictions on Ukraine’s use of Western long-range weapons, and the securing of funding to enable Ukraine to produce more of its own attack drones.
- The two leaders also focused on the issue of joint weapons production.
