Parts of a reconnaissance balloon found near military unit in Poland

In northeastern Poland on Saturday, June 3, the remains of a small balloon that could have come from Belarus were found near a military unit.

The object was found in a corn field a few kilometers from the training ground and a large military unit - the training center of the Polish Army "Orzhysh". The found fragments were seized by the police, and then they will be handed over to the military for further study. It is possible that it could have been a spy balloon.
A civilian who found the balloon found that it had a foam box and an antenna attached to it, and the balloon itself had inscriptions in Cyrillic.
