The Pentagon has no confirmation of information about the destruction of 16 units of Western equipment in Ukraine.
This was stated by Deputy Pentagon Spokesperson Sabrina Singh during a briefing.
– I have seen these reports, but I cannot confirm some of the videos and images. At least what we're seeing from the Russians who released these images," she said.
The Pentagon spokeswoman added that the department continues to monitor the matter.
Singh also emphasized that when providing military assistance to Ukraine, the Pentagon provides for possible losses of equipment.
However, she cannot say whether each unit of destroyed equipment will be replaced.
