Absolutely irresponsible: Biden on Russia's nuclear weapons movement to Belarus

US President Joe Biden reiterated that Russia is “absolutely irresponsible”in moving nuclear weapons to the borders of NATO member states.

He told reporters about this before flying to Philadelphia, Sky News writes.

– I've commented on this many times – it's completely irresponsible, – Biden said.

Earlier, White House National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby said that Washington, as of Monday, had not recorded signs that would indicate the practical implementation of the stated plans of the presidents of Belarus and Russia to deploy tactical Russian nuclear weapons on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

In addition, the Belarusian Gayun monitoring group, which monitors military activity in Belarus, pointed out that as of June 16, there was no information confirming the beginning of the actual movement of tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus.

This was preceded by a statement by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin on June 16, in which he claimed that the first Russian tactical nuclear weapons were already in Belarus, and the final movement of weapons of mass destruction would be completed by the end of the year.
