Russia has lost over 1,170 more troops killed and wounded, 9 tanks and 62 artillery systems in the war against Ukraine over the past 24 hours.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 29 September 2024 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

  • approximately 651,810 (+1,170) military personnel;
  • 8,869 (+9) tanks;
  • 17,476 (+38) armoured combat vehicles;
  • 18,795 (+62) artillery systems;
  • 1,204 (+1) multiple-launch rocket systems;
  • 962 (+1) air defence systems;
  • 369 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
  • 328 (+0) helicopters;
  • 16,186 (+93) strategic and tactical UAVs;
  • 2,610 (+0) cruise missiles;
  • 28 (+0) ships/boats;
  • 1 (+0) submarine;
  • 25,495 (+84) vehicles and tankers;
  • 3,297 (+6) special vehicles and other equipment.
