Billionaire Buffett blames the West for not giving Ukraine everything it needs, but wants it to fight alone
During his speech at the conference on Ukraine's recovery in London, American billionaire and philanthropist Howard Buffett blamed the West for not giving Ukraine all the help it needs to defeat Russian aggressors, but demanding that it wage a war so that no one else would participate in it.
The billionaire's speech was broadcast on the air of the national telethon.
Buffett said that the war in Ukraine will change the course of history, so all leaders of the Kareem must be on the "right side".
"We were helpful, but we were slow. Sometimes we have been indecisive. We are not providing Ukrainians with everything they need to win this war. And, worse, we are asking Ukraine to fight this war in a way that we would not fight it ourselves. This policy leads to the death of people every day," he said.
In addition, the billionaire appealed to those who are trying to prevent the escalation of the war by any means.
"To those concerned about the escalation of the war, I simply ask: do you pay attention to how the geopolitical landscape is changing and has already changed? This is not in our favor. It is not in favor of anyone sitting in this room. Do you have any idea what our world will look like if we let Ukraine lose?" Buffett said;
