Russia loses over 1,700 troops over past day – Ukraine's General Staff
Russian forces are continuing to suffer losses in the war of aggression against Ukraine, losing over 1,700 troops killed and wounded over the past 24 hours alone.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 30 November 2024 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:
- approximately 740,400 (+1,700) military personnel;
- 9,463 (+5) tanks;
- 19,355 (+12) armoured combat vehicles;
- 20,909 (+23) artillery systems;
- 1,253 (+2) multiple-launch rocket systems;
- 1,019 (+0) air defence systems;
- 369 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
- 329 (+0) helicopters;
- 19,792 (+42) tactical and strategic UAVs;
- 2,851 (+0) cruise missiles;
- 28 (+0) ships/boats;
- 1 (+0) submarine;
- 30,431 (+72) vehicles and fuel tankers;
- 3,617 (+2) special vehicles and other equipment.
