France and Italy provide Ukraine with Samp-T anti-aircraft missile system
Ukraine has received a long-range SAMP-T anti-aircraft missile system, which France and Italy promised to provide jointly.

"A French-Italian anti-aircraft missile system has arrived in Ukraine, and 20 local specialists will be engaged in its maintenance," the report says.
The SAMP-T system is an anti-missile system designed to protect the battlefield and important objects from cruise missiles, manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as tactical ballistic missiles.
It was developed by the European consortium Eurosam (MBDA Italy, MBDA France, Thales). SAMP-T can destroy aerodynamic targets at a distance of up to 150 kilometers at an altitude of up to 25 kilometers. It is capable of engaging ballistic missiles at a range of up to 25 kilometers.
SAMP/T is in service with Italy, France and Singapore.

SAMP/T can destroy enemy air targets at a range of 3 km to 100 km (aircraft) and ballistic missiles at a range of 3 km to 25 km, with a kill height of up to 20 km.
